The Los Angeles Convent is a building conceived as a convent for Dominican nuns in the Spanish city of Barcelona. Located in carrer dels Àngels, number 3, it currently serves as a space for cultural activities, forming part of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona. The Convent dels Àngels is a beautiful expression of a 16th century Gothic layout. It has an intense and rich history that reflects the evolution of the building itself and its current appearance is the result of a respectful remodeling. Integrated into the historical heritage of Barcelona, it includes several dependencies, some of which are among the most beautiful examples of Gothic architecture in the city.
